Hi Tim - I've never understood why, if Maxwell's equations pop out of expanding Gen. Relativity to 5D, why did they not do it? What other technical problems screwed Kaluza's idea? If gravity is 4D curvature & EM is 5D, what happened? Was it due to not then knowing about the Strong & Weak forces? THX if u have the time to respond!
