You didn't include a breakdown of Russian command and control as the hollowness of Putin's and Shoigu's ( the Defense Minister's) 10 year "modernization" of Russian forces becomes apparent. Another analysis I've seen concentrates on the inability of the Russian military establishment to do all the aping the West stuff Putin was supposedly doing to re-establish Soviet era power due to the very small Russian economy being able to sustain the expenditure, combined with the systemic corruption which is the basis of the kleptocratic Putin regime.
