This winter may be definitive for this idiotic war that the dictator Putin started. Ukraine has found the soft underbelly of the beast, Russia's energy infrastructure. And, of course, as we all know, winter in Russia is just so balmy, no one will be unhappy!

I read another factoid recently, that during Trump's absurd red carpet gala for Putin in Alaska, Trump was actually the one who called it short, cancelling the lunch and sending Putin packing back to Moscow on his "Flying Kremlin" Ilyushin Il-96.

It seems he got under Trump's skin by going on and on about 17th century Russian princes and other idiocy to convince Trump that Ukraine actually never even existed! And has been simply a part of Russia all along!

Why is that anecdote important? It shows that Putin is not the genius Western observers still mistakenly advertise him as. He sat atop a Potemkin Village of lies concerning his supposed modernization of the Russian military, and it all fell apart when his blitzkrieg invasion of Ukraine flopped.

Do you remember the 40 mile long traffic jam of his invasion column? How can you even do something so stupid?

We're going towards the 4th year of Putin's absolute failure of a war. Russian air defenses for their own energy infrastructure, even thousands of kilometers deep inside their own country!, are now shown to be another Potemkin lie.

And Putin is in the idiot phase of life now, trying to justify the disaster he created by dwelling on 17th century Russian princes. Maybe he can get them to send over some home heating oil through their time machine.
