Rubio is an interesting sort. At the last cabinet meeting, he looked like he was looking at his phone, held under the table, sort of like Trump's bruised and bandaged hand. If my memory's right, he's both the Secretary of State and the National Security Advisor. I'm sure that must be simply easy for a man of his vast intellectual capacity.

Rubio got early financial backing for his start in Florida politics from a fellow named Norman Braman, per Google: "a prominent Florida billionaire auto dealer," who even at one time employed Rubio's wife.

Rubio's a face and he's in way over his head.
