One time a writer decided to follow his own advice. It didn't work out well because his grammar was horrible, and, when he sat down to re-read what he had told himself, it made no sense whatsoever!

Really, it doesn't surprise me. I quit taking advice from everybody except my favorite characters. One day they tell me one thing, the next day, another!

It's very confusing.
