Michelle, thx again for such a wonderful article. It is a bit tricky stuff and Janov sometimes got it way wrong. As you know, there really wasn't a "primal pool" to drain. What all of us learned to do, IMO, was actually a bit of time travel, hmmm? People don't normally do it, so if you learn how, it does put you in a different place than is usual. I was fortunate enough to not stop with Janov's limited understanding but to keep going. So my attention didn't just stop with "the pain," but increased to how the hell am I doing this in the first place?
