I saw Keanu Reeves in the worst movie on Netflix last week: "Siberia," but it was really filmed in Canada. Really. It must have been written by real Russians, though, because the hopeless pathos of the story is pure Dostoevsky, and no Canadian or American could ever write such a screenplay.

The world really is pretty whack, and we're seeing it for real right now. I wish we could all just take a blue pill or a red one. I forget which is reality. All I know is that all the nightmares, namely Putin's war in Ukraine, are all too real, and no one gets to wake up, for quite awhile.
