I once had to learn a bit of XML for a Computer Science course. XML is so endlessly verbose that the only systems who can stand to read it are computer to computer. They don't mind. But we do.

AI generated texts, articles, etc. are rather the same. That creepy sense of the something slightly undefinable that's missing really does numb the mind. If a human writes something, he or she or even a grade school student has some thought process that they are simply putting into words. A generative AI does not.
