Hi Ruchi! The problem is, if this is the possibility, why isn't everyone doing it? My own experience is that when what we call the Witness, in meditation, starts to happen, then all the nasty ego stuff becomes more difficult to be involved in.

The Witness is the Universe looking back at you. If I am the All, why would I waste time fighting myself?
