Being a biologist, all I have to say is look at the ATPs. Here's a good paper about how adenosine and other bases can quite easily abiotically form. That's information. And the cute little PO4s are energy.
My Organic Chemistry professor used to draw a chain of equations on the blackboard, then dramatically turn to face the class and simply say, "Shake and bake."
Add in the amino acids and some lipid droplets to sequester things, get a lovely source of sulfurous energy from underwater hydrothermal vents and ... just shake and bake.
